Medication Administration – if your child(ren) will need to have any medication required at school or emergency medication on file, please make sure that this form is completed, signed by a doctor and brought to the school with the medication: https://ns.lethsd.ab.ca/parents/medication

Bus Routes – Bus passes will be handed out the first week of school to all students that qualify (reside more than 1km away from the school) and have registered through SchoolEngage (passes are not required to ride the first week). Please be sure to discuss routes and stops with your child(ren) if they will be riding the bus. Routes will be posted on The Southland Transportation website at https://www.southland.ca/lethbridge/. Our Admin Team will provide a quick school bus orientation for all bus students at the end of each day for the first week of school (making sure they know which bus to take, where pick up/drop off at the school is, how long they have to get there at the end of the day and school bus safety rules).

New Family Open House – New families of students in grades 1-5 are welcome to join us on Thursday, August 29th between 1:00 and 2:00pm for an Open House to meet the Admin Team and get tours of the school.

Homeroom teachers will be reaching out by email or phone some time between Tuesday, August 27th and Thursday, August 29th. If you are unable to attend their assigned staggered entry days, please let teacher know.

If your child(ren) will be late or absent from school, please report it through SchoolMessenger. Accounts can be created or accessed at https://go.schoolmessenger.ca/#/home. There is also an app that you can download or you can call 1-866-879-1041 to report absences before 8am.

The first Parent Council AGM Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 17th at 6:30pm in the NS Staff Room. All parents/guardians are welcome to attend!
