Registration:

The pre-registration process is now open for students who are new to Lethbridge School Division. Please fill out this form ONLY if you are new to the Division. The form is for students going into Grade 1 to Grade 12 for the 2023-2024 school year: PRE-REGISTRATION FORM.

THIS IS FOR NEW STUDENTS TO THE DIVISION ONLY. If your child is currently enrolled in Lethbridge School Division, you do not have to fill out this form, an online registration form will be available for you to fill out at a later date.  Please check back throughout the month of March. 

Registration Requirements for 1 to 5:

  • Original birth certificate (please bring the original document to the school so that we may make a copy).  If you do not have a Birth Certificate please complete the following form - Birth Certificate Letter of Intent.  Please contact Service Canada as soon as possible to request one for your child.
  • Or Adoption certificate, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, Landed Immigration Certificate / Permanent Residence Status, or Student Authorization (Visa) Certificate
  • Proof of Address (ie: phone bill, utility bill, lease agreement etc.)
  • Attached registration package

Student Profile Form - This form is optional and only needs to be completed if a parent or guardian has concerns about classroom placement.  This form allows for communication of considerations that lie outside of requesting a specific teacher.  

​Out-of-Boundary Application for Admission Form - This form only needs to be completed if you live outside of École Nicholas Sheran school boundaries.  Please note, however, students should be registering at their home school first.

Volunteer Registration Form - This form is optional and only needs to be completed if a parent or guardian (grandparent etc.) is going to volunteer in the school.

Volunteer Driver Authorization Form - This form is optional and only needs to be completed if a parent or guardian plans on volunteering to drive students (field trips, special outings, etc.)
